Absolutely. Unfortunately, this mentality also exists in our country as well.

We have a joke here about Sri Lankans (the Sinhalese especially): in hell each ethnicity has their own pit with it's own demonic guard. The Sinhalese one doesn't have or need a guard; the people inside always pull back anyone that tries to escape the pit.
