Mask wearing, and harassing, or intimidating others in public places needs to be outlawed- criminals do that kind of stuff. If someone cannot, or refuses to go into a public place without a mask, then they need to remain on private property. They can adjust their own personal lifestyle, to suit their own beliefs.
