I'm a long time horse owner and have never ever heard of anything like this before. This is either a scam of some kind, poison in the food, or something of that nature. They say nothing about the symptoms, which if it was a real disease outbreak I'd think they'd say what they are so as to alert other horse owners. And how does a disease just all of a sudden spring up at one facility if the disease isn't manufactured?
