No, with higher silver prices more people mine silver faster
That's 5-10 Years to open more mines/ projects to get significant production.
You arent opening new mines, you are mining in existing mines faster or re-opening shuttered mines - most silver production is as a byproduct of copper, nickel, and lead mining, not dedicated silver mining, as mining silver for silver is pretty unprofitable
Saw an interview with Keith Newmar, said they can't ramp up production very fast,were taking about a lot of silver,not 25%. Labor and fuel prices are also rising fast.
The US cant ramp up production fast, but when Kazachstan can offer 15 USD an hour for as many hours as you can work, you have a different animal
