I did stumble upon a legit Neo-Nazi biker gang with swastikas on their cut in the San Diego back roads but I was in the boondocks and driving by them. So I would say yes to a degree but defiantly small groups and in places most people don’t venture. You would really have to go out of your way to find them, so this narrative they are spinning about white supremacy being this huge wave of a national security threat is total bs as we all know :)
