Well, of course, the U.S. Constitution and SCOTUS decisions on their own can never be a deterrent. It does require the enforcement of people like you and me to make them sacrosanct. "We the People" must be the deterrent to their madness. And that will require dedication, determination, and sacrifice. I'm ready and willing, are you?
