Was the tavistock institute? They started the mk ultra stuff. The CIA copied it ..there is nothing new under the sun...they say the churches are all coming down with the Rothschild banking system as they are all funded by the system...control mechanism

More likely, he was a con man who also happened to be a 32nd Degree Freemason.

Mormon Church has levels, and those on the top are initiated just like Freemason are.
