Naw man, I don't want you to look like a nerd. Just sayin... we adopted this practice in some local communities and the city sponsored official signs. With that said, once the signs were placed the city started making sure the sides of the roads were mowed and trees cut back. It suddenly became part of their responsibility. (because of their signs!) Anyway, the signs read "Adopted by..." and you fill in the blank. You could probably have some fun with that!
