I used to be a fan at first, but the more I watched it the more you start to notice the underlying message (basically kid torture, kid love). Then you see Dan Harmon had created a short film in the past of him molesting a baby doll and you start to piece things together. No one said you have to apologize but let's be clear, you defend a part of something, you own all of it. Pepe is different because we basically stole him from the creator and the creator can't stand what Pepe represents (freedom of thought, a moral compass, no touching kids etc...). Remember he did try to "kill" him a little while back.
