Yeah, I don't think that is how this works.

You don't just 'write a new Constitution' and show up and tell everybody we're going to follow it.

I believe that Trump is an expert at obeying the letter of the law. That's why he has been untouchable by them.

Whatever he is planning, I don't think it will be about throwing away our founding legal document and replacing it with something that the 'Pentagon approved'.
