The way I see it is that it becomes a state issue. Now that would mean blue states would likely keep in their laws allowing it and probably would prevent some folks from moving to a red state.

Bigger picture would be "organizations" like Planned Parenthood would stop getting federal funding and that is one less major laundering tool through would the Democrats/DS operates
