Criminal Law doesn’t decide what is moral or immoral. It’s immoral to have premarital sex, that doesn’t mean it’s illegal. It’s also immoral to some to kill a duck, or a deer, that doesn’t means it’s illegal.

Immoral beliefs are up to the individual.
