I think Racine is their testing grounds. They come up with a plan, test market it in Racine and then spread it Nationwide. So, if there was election fraud Nationwide, they had already done it in Racine to make sure it works. How far back does ballot harvesting go? Can we figure out the first-place ballot harvesting happened? The dude that posts all this stuff always says that all fingers point to Racine. or something like that...
