Who was it?
/u/purkiss80 posted that John Turley says the 'draft' ruling occurred in February.

Let's begin by first asking --
"Why was this case scheduled for a 'draft' vote in the first place?
In the past, SCOTUS has had a rather impeccable record for not even considering such cases in the first place.
Why now in February?
Who scheduled it for a 'draft' vote?
Was it Justice Roberts?
I don't believe the 'draft' ruling would have ever materialized into an actual ruling. This was not ever the intent. The 'draft' ruling was to be publicized at a later date coinciding with the mid-terms to sway the election.
It appears this leak has short-circuited the timing of this news that was to hit the press at a later date.
Misdirection. That prick is probably the one who authorized the leak.
Sorry about the language. I meant to say traitor.
You were right the 1st time

If SCOTUS has to rule before the end of this yearโs term in July 2022, this 'leak' is IMHO premature in terms of the mid-term elections. The midterms are in November, The latest date would be for SCOTUS to vote in June or July, which would better but still not as good as a October release.
I still don't believe SCOTUS has any intention to end Roe v Wade .... simply because Roberts is there. The draft ruling may be meaningless with somebody like Roberts. Do you recall the Obamacare SCOTUS vote, in which Roberts flipped?
