Saw this comment on another site regarding trigger laws: Thirteen States have them and restrictions on abortions will go into place when official SCOTUS ruling is released. ID, UT, WY, ND, SD, MO, OK, TX, AR, LA,MS, TN and KY. Someone else commented that AZ does, as well.
