I have a skin condition that sunlight helps IMMENSELY. Like, night and day difference when I’m able to lay out daily in the sun.
For example, in the winter, since I can’t lay out, I can only shave my legs (I’m a female in case someone freaks lol) every 4-6 weeks or else my skin tears up and I get a rash. In the summer HOWEVER, I can shave daily and have zero issues. What is happening is my own personal bacteria (and others that may be on my skin) is being “killed” in the sunlight and not there to cause issues when I shave. It’s almost like I make too much and the sunbathing helps keep it in check.

Freaking insane the power the sun harnesses.
