It’s not the judiciary’s purview to create law. This unconstitutional order like so many others were and are illegal. The court knows this and the courts know the people are dumb enough not to know this. The dept of education is clearly the biggest impediment to having an informed citizenry, as history outright proves. It’s simply a means to keep the retards divided over things that have little to no bearing over our everyday lives.
