Ivermectin, HCQ and Azithromycin finally arrived!

Question is...can I take all 3 together? Or should I use them in separate cycles?

I have also been taking Dr. Zelenko's Z-stack.

I don't think you need Azithromycin if you don't have COVID. It will mess up your gut health. I took all 3 with COVID and was still really messed up as I think it ruined my gut health- forgot to take probiotics after taking it.
