Ivermectin, HCQ and Azithromycin finally arrived!

Question is...can I take all 3 together? Or should I use them in separate cycles?

I have also been taking Dr. Zelenko's Z-stack.

Hydroxychloroquine is also effective against Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and some forms of cancer.

You could say similar about ivermectin. I believe they are both capable of curing many illnesses.
