Thank you for this. It is a great read. I wake up in the middle of the night often. This was my midnight snack. I can go back to bed now feeling full and satisfied. I've been doing keto since Jan. 10th. I have lost 35 pounds. I don't eat food in the middle of the night anymore. I don't really crave it cause I am not hungry with keto. But, I still wake up in the middle of the night. I have replaced food with reading.
This was more satisfying then nutter butter peanut butter cookies dipped in half and half.

Woah, woah, woah-lets not get all crazy knocking the nutter butters-they have their rightful place in my life.
They have been the hardest of all to give up.
