The DS wants America to fail and the CN commies to catch up to SpaceX. We all know this. Just imagine the strategic aspects alone when SpaceX and the U.S. military are able to launch that much mass into orbit in one single Starship.

I'm on the side that believes we already have starships. In orbit around the Earth, Moon, Mars, elsewhere.

Humans/peons have not earned the knowledge. Research Super Soldiers and space travel.
