Just finished the registration process for the Virtual Premiere. They will be offering a Live Stream and a Zoom option. The Zoom option will have a chat for other "attendees" but will also allow you to ask questions to the moderators.
I would like to get a grass roots thing going here to see if we can maybe get a few good questions in that members of the board want answered. If you can think of anything, throw it on the thread, I propose that anyone that will be on the meeting attempt to get the top questions asked.
I will do my part, hopefully others will do theirs and we can get some answers!
One thought is how the mules were paid, and if there has been any success in tracking the payments back to the source. For example, even if payments to mules were made in cash, because they stopped at central hubs, those hubs (or even bank branches near those hubs) could have records of incoming funds and cash withdrawals. So I guess the question is: how advanced is the search to prove accountability for the funding?
Tried to get it in, but the Q&A session was a bit of a clusterfuck, with half the people up there telling stories/thanking/etc, and the other half being technical issues and etc. They mentioned a little bit about the NGO/5013C status, but I didn't get to sneak in "has anyone FOIA'ed those companies with the proper status for FOI records on their accounting?"
It was always a long shot. Thanks for showing up to fight the good fight.
Would've been worse if nobody showed up and you got to ask all the questions you wanted. It's awesome they're getting this out.
Looked like their in person attendance was a bit shit since they were hoping for 500 reservations at $500/each, looked like maybe about 100 that was there.
Virtual sounded like they scored though, their Zoom license was capped to 80k I guess so all the others had to go to the livestream (imagine that was on Rumble, didn't play with it though as I got in on Zoom).
Link what? The Zoom meeting?
If so, the Zoom invite for that haven't gone out yet to my knowledge. I just completed what I'd call their "step 2". They opened registration/reservation a month or so ago and emailed "a few days before the event we will have a registration and tech test to ensure you can watch it ok". That is what I call step 2 and just completed, required the same e-mail from the purchase to create an account and password.
I imagine the Zoom link will not go out until the day of and probably have some sort of authentication with the account that was created in step 2.
