Well if relatives of yours got tested, then they have enough dna information about you already and don’t need you to do a test

I’m sure TPTB have dna from everyone’s blood tests HIPAA notwithstanding. If they can track everyone’s phone without permission they will certainly have taken all dna from the blood tests
