I suggest defining your age by date conceived or by the date the woman found out she is pregnant. But I suppose it’s just easier to use birth date

It's virtually impossible scientifically speaking, to pinpoint the exact date, the exact moment of conception. But it's obviously much easier to pinpoint when a child is actually born, hence a "BIRTHday." But regardless if we can't record the exact moment, the child nevertheless comes into existence the moment they are conceived and a brand new unique human organism which had never existed and never will again, is created.
If you have to use fertility treatment (IVF) you do know when your child/ren were conceived, when they implanted, etc.
True. Though that's not exactly the most common way conception occurs.
