Looks like another photoshop to me. Found another photo of all of these USMC Generals with mugs in what looks to be the same room (rug matches). Also the accompanying article is a Trump hit piece.
There is a photo of that group with blank mugs in a coffee shop that someone here probably knows.

Not trying to doomer but I would put most if not all of those individuals on the traitors list until they prove otherwise…given what they are doing to purge patriots from the Corps.
