I know there have been many threads on the amazing benefits of Ivermectin, but I can’t remember if skin tags was one of the issues it will fix. I have one that I would like to get rid of, and would rather fix it at home rather than the dermatologist. Didn’t know if topical or ingestion would work. Thank you guys!

Skin tags are a byproduct of glycation of the skin. Usually it's a sign of diabetes/pre-diabetes.
To resolve the root cause, it would be alot better to get on a low/zero carb diet like keto/carnivore(much more effective and sustainable from personal experience) than to treat the symptom.
My skin tags all disappeared after i tackled my diet by removing 95% of my carb intake.
Lots of guides out there! Just need a little digging. Hope it helps. 😁
I really hope it’s not diabetes bc I’m pretty young and in decent shape/not overweight. I’ve had blood tests within the last year, and my sugar was good. I DO eat a lot of carbs though. I am on the skinny side and eat a lot of carbs to keep my calories up
If you arent fat, it could just mean that your body is not genetically adept at turning excess blood glucose into fat, hence there are skinny diabetics.
Skinny fat people who are diabetic/prediabetic tend to have fatty liver. Would be good to get it checked out to better understand your body if it doesnt cost too much.
Also, our body is not a furnace. Calorie counting while somewhat relevant, is not very accurate. It is better to understand how insulin and glucagon work in instructing our body to burn/store fat, and how to manipulate both thru diet to store/burn fat.
