Holy and Merciful Father in Heaven, we thank you for the blessings of this day. We thank you for the Wisdom that You have imparted upon us through Your Most Powerful and Holy Spirit. Father, we ask of You to give each and every one of us strength, to withstand, in any way we can, the evil of this fallen and wretched world. We ask that you clear the path before us, by shielding, with Your Hand, these new mothers who are now, or will be, with child. Let them not hear evil spoken, let them not see evil, let them not hear the voices of evil. Show them that the child inside of their womb is blessing and a bounty unto them, same as this child is You. Place in their hearts the same love for this child as You have for all of Your children. Embrace them in this same love, show them the great and precious things to come, as You have shown us. Multiply their joy as they see that heartbeat for the first time, feel the movements inside of them, see that beautiful face in their arms, let them know You feel the same joy with them.
