I remember this but don't remember where it was.
That being said, she did the "Greensboro, NC" fake rally where they inserted a whole fake audience, or rather, inserted a fake Hillary.
The audience all held up their phones to record what was on stage, but none of the images on the phones showed the distinct red/white striped background they were supposedly pointed at.
Part way through that rally, a glitch in the green screen composition happened, resulting in Hillary and the Podium disappearing while the background behind her remained.
I remember that. A fake audience.
