Imagine if the photos of all of those phones q posted were set up and tracked. Movements, calls, texts, photos, etc etc. I imagine there will be a lot of suicides if this turns to be true.

If they can prove photos, texts with other surveillance footage it seems that would be irrefutable.

Only if they start arresting them; otherwise, it is the same as before--everyone knows and no one does anything to punish the perpetrators!
