I had the symptoms in Jan 2020. I spent a few days in bed, aching and coughing. Since then I've had nothing - not even a sniffle.

Since before 2020 I've been taking zinc, D3, K2, magnesium and I reckon that helped, as I was 68 back then; now 70.
