The enquirer is a fake news outlet for one. Secondly, Marcos was robbed and cheated by Robredo in 2016. He has the power. the money and the connections to ensure there wasn't going to be a repeat. Let us not also forget that the current presidents daughter, Sara Duterte was Marcos' running mate for VP, so in his interest to assist Marcos ensure a fair election. My suspicion is that very much like the 2016 Trump v Clinton, the cheating apparatus was systematically destroyed. Robredo was not supposed to lose!
