I was thinking yesterday on how we the people could have a voice or a vote on the Plethora of expenditures of our tax dollars that are conceived of After we vote someone in.

Seems like with all this technology someone (smarter than me) could write a secure Constituents App for legislators.

Im sure its not a new Idea, but maybe its not a bad one?
