I'm not buying it. Obsolete military equipment is still useful military equipment. When war comes, and it is coming, I would rather have out of date equipment than NO equipment. It sounds to me like they are weakening our military infrastructure so that we may be conquered. This weakens us. Anyone telling you otherwise doesn't know what they are talking about.
