If you have a baby, you can get a recipe from your pediatrician. At minimum, check the sites online that have posted modern, better for your baby recipes.

I disagree with you. I think the 60 year old formula is probably better for the babies.
13 oz evaporated milk, 20 oz water, 2 tablespoons Karo syrup.
I would however replace the karo though, that recipe was followed before the days of gmo. I would find a natural syrup instead that is packed with minerals.
So long as there is no nut allergies, black walnut trees among about 15 different trees besides sugar maple can be tapped for their syrup and everything from black walnut trees have tannins which are natural antibiotic, antifungal, antiparasitic, among other healing and health benefit powers. My farm is loaded with them so I did some reading.
I agree. I was thinking of pure maple syrup.
