A wonderful verse of scripture. It applies to those who are Christians, who have been reborn by the Spirit, and stands in contrast to those who are unbelievers. Romans 8:7 "Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be." Those who have not been reborn are at enmity against God. That's frightening!
