You are correct. My deleted comment said, that Musk is terrible at making money, he is terrific at securing multi billion dollar government grants and moving and manipulating those funds throughout his corps. So yeah, Trump is definitely poking at him, in a subtle and non-malicious way.

*The comment was almost exactly this one and the mod censorship is becoming shameful.
