👍 Yeah, it's possible. Rounds like that, and. 308, 30-06, .303... all are serious calibers with lethal effects.
That nagant round was designed to tumble through the air like a throwing knife. So when it hit it would zip off in a odd directions in the body due to hydro dynamics. Causing a long path of destruction inside. Plus they can punch through a decent size tree.
Oof no wonder that thing hit like a Mack truck and one shot everything.
