Actually the Act of 1871 is responsible for this mess-another congress of baboons betrayed We the People by Changing the header to the constitution from "The Constitution for the united states of America" to THE CONSITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; capital letters tells the "legal" tale.
