Greg Reese speaks about America's position regarding nuclear war, how the U.S. came to the conclusion "With weapon exchanges, nobody can win a nuclear war," in an attack from Russia. This is a problem for the U.S. now because Russia is playing the game with their own rules. Greg explains how our U.S. Ohio calss subs built in the 1980's, outfitted with "Trident" missles are not capable of reaching Russian targets while in port, which is where most of them were made despite Russia's threats of nuclear war. The Russian Subs are loaded with Intercontinental Balistic Missles that are capable of reaching U.S. targets while in port. But they are not a port, Russia has made all of their active Subs weapons ready for war with NATO. The missles the U.S. does have under it's nuclear umbrella that are capable of reaching Russia are land based missles that are outdated and have gone Untested for over 30 years while Russia has been testing the entire time and have built advanced tactical Nukes and are ready. Russia believes NATO has these same Nukes built in the U.S. 30 years ago, and assume NATO will not be able to defend itself.

Greg does not mention this news but I heard Russia targetd the Cook and fried it, with this EMP device reportedly invented by TESLA many years ago. Russia offered it to the USA for free so the threat of Nuclear war would end, At the time President Obama, refused this gift, for personal reason I'm sure. But the real threat is an EMP device that Russia has, and have used, "USS Cook" had its entire electronic system fried and was powerless, having to be towed into port, when a Russian MIG had this device installed in the belly of the aircraft, flew by hypersonically turned its belly towards the Cook, activated the device, then flew off, why? The USS Cook was in their waters. It was also rumored the "USS Eisenhour" was another Russian target in the Atlantic, it too
