With Bitcoin going down so much, I was thinking of purchasing a little when it bottoms out. I was then wondering if maybe the white hats are going to be doing away with it… in which case I wouldn’t want to buy. What are your guys’ thoughts on it?

I’ve been investing in crypto since 2020. I don’t have a ton of money in it but I’ve spent a lot of time learning about the different projects. If you’re interested in investing I would seek out strong voices that speak honestly about it, some that I enjoy are BitBoy, MMCrypto, Crypto Wendy, Altcoin Daily, Crypto Jebb, Carl the Moon. Several of these are from a Christian perspective as well.
The more you learn the more comfortable you become and start to realize that blockchain tech is the new foundation of the internet. Most people are scared of new, just like people were scared of the internet and computers when they first came on the scene. In the near future our daily lives will all be impacted by blockchain technology.
A lot of crypto projects will crash and burn. But I believe Bitcoin, Ethereum, Cardano, Polkadot, Avalanche, XRP and some others have strong potential to be around a long time. Only time will tell.
For the people that say Bitcoin is bad or evil or only used by criminals, that sounds great except that cash and fiat money are used in like 99% of criminal transactions.Throughout history people use whatever currency they have to do bad things — pirates didn’t pillage and rape for cash or bitcoin — they did it for gold, silver and jewels. The same argument can be made for anything of value. Bitcoin has a darker past but now it’s used the word over as a digital store of value by all kinds of people. It’s how you use it that matters.
I plan on buying the dip, but I also believe in spreading your $$ around to other assets like real estate, gold, silver, etc. Everything comes with risk. Hope this helps!!
