So why would I end up with a broken leg and complete immobility except via wheelchair during the events I’ve been waiting for so long for? Does God want me at the computer or tv watching it all unfold. Is he forcing me to shut myself inside for a little while? It sux being a person who must find meaning in events but that’s how I’ve always been.

Same thought here. I stepped on a patch of ice on a roof. Broke my back when I hit the ground. Then I had a stroke 6 months later. Lots of computer time now !
