Search for liver supporting herbs and such- my neighbor had full vlown alcoholic cirrhosis- by stopping drinking and diet ALONE she made an almost180 recovery. My hubby is recovering alc- liver was almost dead; folic acid, B12, and lots of nutritional support got him back to 100%. You CAN do it and you CAN heal!! 36, you have so much life left and important shit to get done!!!
