These people are even under biden. they are working for soros obama schwab, cabal, rothschild, no name, graham, pelosi. remember there are a lot of traitors in the pentagon and any "admiral" in Azovstol is retired in name only to give the usurpers cover in the event of being caught. It is the iquivelent of non-official cover.
