There was an attempt for them to avoid being fucked six ways from Sunday when sad and defeated Alec Balwin was told in no uncertain terms to "take his shot." The fool thought he would be able to shift the blame to the crew because someone let Alec know he had to act so his superiors could send a message regarding this trial.
Yeah but even dumb lefties can understand that a double action revolver is not going to fire unless you are pulling the trigger. That’s the whole point of them. You can’t Just fan the hammer like an old west movie. You could if you held the trigger and fanned it I think. But he’s claiming that he let the hammer go and it struck the pin. He would have to have his trigger pulled. So by his own claim he’s looking at negligible homicide at least. Doesn’t matter what the crew did, or the armorer. When that weapon was placed into his hand he became solely responsible for it. I hope he gets 25 to life
Absoluetly. He was told to "take care of a problem" and thought he could hide it under the guise of someone on the crew not doing their job. Hence his first reaction was "why did YOU hand me a hot gun?" It was supposed to become the fault of someone else. He really is that stupid.
interesting, I always wonder about Alec Baldwin. Jfk Jr. had an article about AB in George Magazine; was about him being a president someday (he did eventually play one on SNL) And the article was in a section called Quips🤔
