Why would he? Hes facing a max of 4 years, 2 on behavior. Thats max. He'll probably get probation and community service like that other guy did.

He has zero reason to flip or risk his life. Just take the guilty verdict, get a small vacation at the celebrity prison and enjoy his book deal when he gets out.

I forget where I read it, but Durham has indicated he holding much larger charges over him that can be brought later.
