What happens if they enshrine the Ministry of Truth and then Trump comes back legally?

Trump then gets handed their super-weapon, free of charge.

So, they'd have to get rid of anything a future Trump re-Presidency could use against them.

Whether or not this is really going on, they would act no differently than they currently are, so it is safe to assume the outcome even though the inputs may vary.
