I have a millennial daughter who is very conservative— she works in IT field and keeps her mouth shut for the same reason ( she now works for company with a lot of Barcelona/ UK /Ukraine etc and US coworkers but company isn’t super woke . I’ve always worked in construction and supply for such — bunch of based folks that work hard physically But I get it — times change/ nothing stays the same— shut up and take their money or move on —
