With very asleep friends rn. I told them about Durham, baby milk shortage, economic collapse, and US being a shitshow because of the government. But they think that Im crazy.

This almost always results in hostility. As soon as they realise they've made no sense, they get mad... and you're still the idiot according to them.
These people's beliefs are crumbling in real-time. They will naturally get defensive and emotional. The trick is not to argue with them. They will leave the conversation feeling like an idiot and look for answers so it doesn't happen again.
Good in theory but in actual practice is usually achieves more of the same. I speak from experience... 25 years of trying to show the same circle of people resulting in 98% of them now no longer speaking to me with 1% who woke up and another 1% that just "tolerate" my "insanity".
I said to ask them questions not to show them evidence. I have been doing this for 20 years as well. I have lost friends and family too. I am finally starting to get them back because I am not so in their face. Now some of them actually send me stuff that they find.
