Love how his hair is perfectly quaffed and his facial hair is trimmed. Not buying any of this crap. Also, they must have been eating pretty good down there, he looks healthy enough.

If what I read was correct there are about six levels below that complex, and the whole thing is designed to withstand nuclear attack.

I'm sure it was well provisioned.
