Since the Ukraine biolabs are shut down (but they saved the infectious viruses they were working on)... and more biolabs have been revealed in various countries that are also developing harmful bio-weapon viruses... I think the global Cabal realized they're being caught and decided to release the viruses on people.

It's not really that hard to spread viruses internationally. Put it into an air conditioning duct on an international airplane. Passengers will spread it from there. Infect overseas packages that are being flown in. There are dozens of ways to spread viruses to nearly all parts of the globe within a few days. All it takes is a corrupt group of people and a little money.
